GUACAMOLE AVOCADO CREAM X CEREMONIAL GRADE A MATCHA FROM JAPAN

Ingredients

2 very ripe avocados
Two tablespoons of Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of Ceremonial Premium Matcha
For the seasoning: Salt, pepper, wild garlic, chives, Espelette pepper

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you obtain a smooth and creamy texture. Enjoy on a toast, with raw vegetables or vegetable chips.
